WE HAD THE SOLUTION!

EXAMPLE 1.

A well-known customer from the poultry slaughtering sector approached us with the following problem: “A conveyor belt in production came to a standstill due to premature wear on a drive shaft. The conveyor belt manufacturer was able to supply 2 different new drive shafts. The manufacturer's first variant was a plastic drive shaft. However, after just 80 hours of operation, this was so tightly closed that continuous drive of the belt was no longer guaranteed. The second variant was made of stainless steel. This damaged the conveyor belt during operation, so it had to be replaced after less than 24 hours." After an analysis by our technician on site, we were able to design and manufacture a drive shaft for our customer, which has now been working reliably in operation for more than 6 months.

EXAMPLE 2.

A customer from the plastics processing industry encountered the following problem: "At a station where injection molded parts for medical technology are finished using the "high-pressure ice deburring" process, there was regular bearing damage due to frequent and extreme temperature fluctuations." After one On-site inspection by our technician, we offered the customer the following solution: - Redesign and manufacture of the shaft with temperature decoupling - Redesign and manufacture of a flange bearing with plain bearing technology After processing the order, the customer's problem was finally resolved.
